RESEARCH INTERESTS :

-  Study and Fabrication of Semiconductor Devices for Microelectronics and Photonics (laser) applications.
Fields of applications: VCSELs on InP, lasers on Si,  Flexible Electronics (circuits & sensors)

-  Clean Room Technology
-  Electrical, Optical and Thermal characterization of materials and devices.

TEACHING INTERESTS :

-  Clean Room Trainings : TOP 35, CCMO (NanoRennes platform)
-  Basic physics courses (wave and vibrations physics, semi-conductor physics, energetics) , BS and MS degrees.
